“The award is provided by MAPE to identify institutions that connect with locations of need in their communities,” said Sudduth primary Morgan Abraham. “We were recognized for our students’ phenomenal achievements in working with the Oktibbeha Master Gardeners Club.” According to Abraham, members of the horticulture club came once a week to inspect the trainees’ yard at the institution and aid keep points weeded.
